Let’s Work Together

While there are certain things we can all do to improve our health, like drink more water or eat less sugar, every person is an individual and is therefore unique. I work with clients one-on-one to ensure that we can address your specific questions and what your body is needing to move toward optimal health.

During an initial 90-minute session, we will talk about your health history and current way of eating. You will come away with a general plan forward. This is a starting point for all my clients and is available as a stand alone consultation.

The real power of my work, however, comes by digging in deeper. Using targeted testing, we can identify imbalances in the body and address them with an individualized approach designed just for you. We’ll have a series of sessions together as you learn more about ways to improve your health. I will be available throughout our time together to answer questions and support you along your journey.
