Favorite Pantry Brands
This is not an exhaustive list but hopefully will give you a starting point. For convenience, I’ve included links to Amazon where available. While these brands are ones I like, I don’t like everything they make. Always be sure to check the ingredients!
Canned goods
Tomatoes – Muir Glen, Bionaturae
Marinara – Rao’s

Coconut milk – Native Forest Simple (If choosing other brands, make sure can lining is BPA free.)

Nuts – purchase raw then soak and slow roast them at home
Popcorn – buy in bulk, organic, not in microwave packets
Beef sticks – PaleoValley, Chomps
Apple sauce – Santa Cruz Organic
Oils
Avocado Oil – Primal Kitchen
Grass-fed ghee – 4th & Heart
Coconut oil - Spectrum
Extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed and in a dark colored bottle) – Spectrum, California Olive Ranch
Toasted Sesame oil – La Tourangelle, Eden Foods
Oil spray (Ditch the PAM and look for options without soy and propellants) – Chosen Foods Avocado oil spray, Primal Kitchen Avocado oil spray
Vinegars
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar – Bragg’s
Rice Vinegar – Marukan
Wine Vinegars – Napa Valley Naturals
I also keep a variety of Acid League’s vinegars on hand to add to cooked greens or salads.
Honey
I get a variety of honeys, either locally sourced and when I’m traveling. Choose raw honey that doesn’t have additives in it. Local Hive and Moses Garden are some that you can find in stores.
Herbs and Spices
Purchase whole spices in bulk, but not in huge amounts – grind as you need them.
If purchasing herbs and spices, some decent brands include Frontier Co-op, Simply Organic
